Decaturs Fashionistas are invited to our premiere Fashion Swap
On December 12, 2009, Atlanta Fashion Swap will host its premier fashion swap at The Chocolate Bar in downtown Decatur.

We all love to shop! We all have things in our wardrobe that we really don't need! Look through your closet and bring all these great clothes that you are a bit tired of but you know other women might love. Refresh your closet and enjoy a fun girl's afternoon of cocktails, great company and great clothes.

With the economy the way it is, Fashion Swap parties are a great way to refresh your wardrobe and a great way to recycle things you don’t want anymore and have a lot of fun doing it.

DeKalb Jazzercise helps Trim the Turkey Fat with this advice . . .
1. Early Bird - During the busy holiday months, try working out first thing in the morning. No matter what else happens in your day, it won’t interfere with your fitness regimen.

2. Plan Ahead - prepare your next day’s workout bag before going to bed each night. Pack your sneakers, sports bra, and everything need, so that you’re not rushing around in the morning.

3. Indulge just a little - don’t deny yourself all things sweet. You’ll only end up binging later on. Instead, measure out a reasonable portion of the foods that you regularly crave.

Happy Thanksgiving!
