Jazzercise Helps you Avoid Holiday Weight Gain
It's holiday time but that doesn't mean you have to over-indulge.
Here are 5 tips to help:
1-Have a plan - make appointments on your calendar to exercise, plan dinner menus ahead & include fresh veggies & fruit
2-At the office: enlist the help of your co-workers; suggest all the treats be kept in one place that you can walk around and avoid
3-Party Focus: more on enjoying friends and family, less on food
4-Five a day: fiber from fruits and veggies makes you feel more full and less likely to go overboard at the smorgasbord
5-Favorites: enjoy (with moderation) your top favorites and decline the rest.
